1. 主辦單位 Organizers：此次比賽由創造館有限公司（下稱創造館）和香港電腦教育學會（下稱HKACE）聯合舉辦。This competition is co-organized by Creation Cabin Limited and the Hong Kong Association of Computer Education.
特別鳴謝小黃鴨德盈控股國際有限公司，贊助比賽冠亞季軍得主文具禮包各一份。

2. 參賽資格 Eligibility：只限香港小學生參加。Only primary school students in Hong Kong are eligible to participate.

• 參賽類別 Competition Categories：
  公開組 Open Category
  ITCA組 ITCA Category
  各組別均設冠軍、亞軍、季軍及優異獎。
  ITCA學生如獲冠亞季軍或優異獎，將可豁免銀章的專題研習考核。

3. 參賽方法 Entry Method：
在2024年1月15日當天，比賽連結將會啟動，屆時參賽者需要：
On January 15, 2024, the competition link will become active, Participants will need to:

• 填妥頁面上的「參賽者資料」，包括學校、班別、姓名、學號、電話及電郵。Complete the “Participant Information” on the page, including school, class, name, student ID, telephone number, and email address.
• 點擊「開始 START」，即可進入比賽，回答問題。比賽共有30條多項選擇題*、4條自由作答題，限時45分鐘。Click “Start” to enter the competition and begin answering questions. There are 30 multiple-choice questions* and 4 open-ended questions, with a time limit of 45 minutes.

*所有問題均源自創造館出版的《童話夢工場——十萬個IT科技為什麼》，內容包含資訊素養、資訊道德、探討AI新科技等，深入淺出，行文有趣，由香港城市大學電腦科學系教授李閩溟博士擔任該書顧問。

4. 參賽次數 Participation Limitation：每人只限參與一次，假如發現重複參賽，將會取消其比賽資格。Each participant can only join once. If duplicate entries are found, their eligibility to participate will be revoked.

5. 比賽結果 Competition results：將於1月28日截止後兩個月內以電郵通知各位優勝者。Competition results will be notified to the winners via email within two months after the deadline of January 28.

6. 獎品 Prizes：
-冠軍：$500創造館書券 ＋ B DUCK文具禮包
-亞軍：$300創造館書券 ＋ B DUCK文具禮包
-季軍：$200創造館書券 ＋ B DUCK文具禮包
-優異獎：圖書一本（價值$88）
ITCA學生如獲冠亞季軍或優異獎，將可豁免銀章的專題研習考核。

條款及細則 Terms and Conditions

1.參賽內容 Submission Content：所有參賽內容必須是由參賽者自行撰寫，不涉及抄襲及代筆等行為，且之前未在任何地方發布。All competition content must be personally written by the participant, without any involvement of plagiarism, ghostwriting, or any similar actions, and has not been previously published anywhere.

2.免責聲明 Disclaimer：

• 任何因電腦故障、網絡等技術問題而引致參賽者未能準時提交測驗結果，或有遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，創造館和HKACE不會承擔任何責任。The organizers, Creation Cabin Limited and HKACE, are not responsible for any failures due to technical issues such as computer malfunctions or network problems, which may result in contestants not being able to submit their quiz results on time, or in cases of loss, error, or inability to recognize the submissions.

主辦單位不對任何因參加此活動而造成的損害承擔責任。The organizers are not liable for any damages resulting from participation in this activity

3. 評審 Judgement：

• 主辦單位保留最終的評審和判決權利。The organizers reserve the right to the final judgment and adjudication.
• 參賽者對評審團的決定不得異議。如有任何爭議，Creation Cabin Limited和HKACE保留最終決定權。Participants may not dispute the decision of the judging panel. In case of any disagreement, Creation Cabin Limited and HKACE reserve the final decision.

4. 個人資料 Personal Data：所有提供的個人資料僅用於此次比賽。主辦單位不會將參賽者的個人資料用於其他目的或與第三方分享。All personal data provided will be used solely for this competition. The organizers will not use the contestant’s personal data for other purposes or share it with third parties.

參加此比賽即表示您同意以上條款和條件。
